I’m Peter Taylor, trading as PTBS, based in Church Aston, near Newport. You can reach me at info@ptbs.co.uk.

If you use the contact form or email me, I get your name, email address, business name if you give one, and whatever you write. I use it to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to do the work and invoice you. I don’t sell it and I don’t add you to a mailing list.

If an enquiry goes nowhere, I delete it after 12 months. Invoices are kept for around six years, because tax rules ask for that.

This site sets no cookies and has no tracking or analytics. My hosting provider keeps basic server logs, such as your IP address, for security. The form limits repeat messages from the same address to keep spam out.

The services I use to run the business, such as hosting, email and payment, only get what they need. Some may handle data outside the UK, under UK data protection rules.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. Email me and I’ll sort it. If you’re not happy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
